We’ll build a decision matrix to assess viable career options based on those intrinsic motivators we highlighted, target key roles, uncover the hidden job market, and refine your career narratives for your resume, LinkedIn, cover letters, elevator pitch, and interviews to ensure you are able to effectively negotiate an offer into your ideal role that ultimately will exceed your expectations. Each program consists of 9 sessions to be completed within a period of 6 months leveraging a blueprint that supports you in achieving clarity around your goals, developing an understanding on all of your options, and leaning into your authenticity to set achievable actions week over week to help you reach your desired outcomes.

Our workshops are designed specifically for your employees to help them develop the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their current roles and advance their careers within the company. We cover a wide range of topics, including leadership, communication, time management, and more. Career Clarity Workshops For Young Scholars
Designed specifically for young scholars in high school, this workshop is crafted to help students gain a better understanding of their strengths, interests, and career aspirations. Through interactive activities, assessments, and discussions, students will learn how to identify their unique talents and explore a variety of career options that align with their passions and goals. Our experienced facilitators will guide students through the process of creating a personalized career plan, which includes steps for achieving their desired career path. This workshop is designed to empower students to make informed decisions about their future and to take charge of their career journey.

Allen worked with Your Career Strategy to make an international career transition that left him feeling like he was the one interviewing the companies that he chose to pursue.
